The task was set - let's make a baby sweater. Learning how to read the pattern, increase and decrease, knit a design in intarsia, and sew a sweater together are just a few of the things we tackled. Marilyn was on her own with learning how to crochet a sweater - this she mastered quite well. Ann designed "bear" sweaters for each month of the year. (She gifts a grandma bear with her knitted sweater to her friends who have their first grandchild)
